If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with all applicable New Zealand regulations.

This includes issues such as candles that don't burn properly, wicks that are incorrectly placed, or fragrances that don't match their description.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zyrallexgriz.world with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective handcrafted candle from our Paeroa workshop, please contact us immediately at info@zyrallexgriz.world or +64273190808. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are not of acceptable quality. This includes candles that arrive broken, have manufacturing defects, don't burn properly, or have wick placement issues.
We will arrange for a replacement candle, repair (if possible), or full refund at your choice, including return shipping costs within New Zealand, in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
